Santa Zita Circle
Santa’s bag

Santa Zita will begin collecting new, or gently used items for men, women, teens and children on  Monday, October 22nd, Sunday, November 18th in the Gathering Area.  PLEASE NO CLOTHING, SHOES, OR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS.

Coat drive donations needed

The Charlotte Coat Drive, started in 2010 through the corporate philanthropy of Charlotte Mechanical, is the largest single end-of-year Coat Drive.  Each year, the Coat Drive grows through the love, caring and help of St. Paul de Vincent Church. The generous donations from church members has helped to keep thousands of people warm. Do you have any coats that are too small or that you haven't worn in years but are still in good shape? Please bring in those coats and drop them off in the barrel at the Gathering Area from now through November 16.  The goal is to collect 5,000+ for those in need. Charlotte Mechanical and Salvation Army believe this goal will be reached with the help of St. Paul de Vincent's help!

Catechists Needed

The Faith Formation program at Saint Vincent de Paul is in need of a few more catechists’ assistants for Tuesday evening classes. A catechist’s assistant will provide support to the main catechist and grade homework at the beginning of each class. Please prayerfully consider volunteering for this position.

What do you need to be a catechist/assistant?

You must be a faith-filled individual living your life according to the teachings of the Catholic Church. If you feel called to pass on the Catholic faith to the next generation, you may be the person we are looking for. You do not need any formal training or certifications to help with the Faith Formation program. However, you will need to complete the VIRTUS: Protecting God’s Children program as well as a background check if interested.

If you are interested, please contact Riley Provost at

Renewal of Vows 2018

The Knights of Columbus would like to thank Fr. Voitus for officiaring the Wedding Vow- Re-Commitment Ceremony and all the St. Vincent de Paul parishioners that participated in this event on February 10th. We had over 25 couples in attendance for this ceremony.  Thank you all !

Santa Zita's Circle

Santa Zita Circle held their annual Santa's Bag where children 2-12 years of age had a personal elf to assist with Christmas shopping. We had over 150 young shoppers and they all went home with nice gifts for family members. This day would have not been made possible without the assistance of all who were involved.

We would like to say "Thank You" to our Parish Clergy and office staff, Rosalba, Elsa, wrapping, kitchen crews, cashiers, elves, Santa's Helpers, Boy Scouts, Santa Zita Circle, Domino's Pizza at Quail Corners and all who volunteered and donated.  We hope to see you in 2018.
